She was predeceased by: her parents, John G. Rohrbaugh and Bertha I. Rohrbaugh Beard (Brillhart); her stepfather Simon H. Beard; her husband Stewart R. Wagner; her sisters, Mary Jane Rohrbaugh and Edna Mae Rohrbaugh; her niece Patsy (David Smeltzer) of Scottsdale, AZ; her great-nephews, Michael (Lisa Smeltzer) and Robert Smeltzer (Shmekia Campbell) of Baltimore; her great-niece Donna (Lyle Mabry) of Scottsdale, AZ; her niece Ruthann (Harold Miller) of Spring Grove; and also, Jade Sprenkle of York and Justin Smeltzer of York. She is also survived by her family, having her great nieces and nephews.
