He is survived by: his children, Theodore of New Orleans, LA, Jonathan of Lancaster, PA, Kathryn of Washington, DC, Thurman (Erica) of Villa Park, IL and Ethan of York, PA.; his parents, Robert Fogleman and Ethel Fogleman (Leister) of Camp Hill, PA; his sister Jennifer Warner (Fogleman) of Camp Hill, PA.; and his wife Beth.
