McIntire (Osborne); her children, Cindy Heist (Jeff), John Schnetzka (Gwendolyn), Kimberly Hollinger (Richard) and Lori Wampler; her grandchildren, Lindsay, Leigh Heist, Tyler Schnetzka, Jessica Hoffner, Derek, Matthew Hollinger, Morgan and Madison Wampler; her stepgrandson Heath Heist; and her sister Delma Arlene Eyster.
