She was predeceased by: her parent Gordon Heath; her son Neal Stambaugh; and her brother Larry Heath. She is survived by: her spouse Carl L. Stambaugh; her parent Florence Heath (Blouch); her children, Michael E. Stambaugh (Connie) of Roseto, Susan E. Roth (Kyle) of Nazareth and Bruce A. Stambaugh (Coleen); her grandchildren, Philip Stambaugh (Courtney), Kylene Sanders (Robert), Darrell Roth, Leigh Stambaugh, Cameron Fulton, Connor Stambaugh and Dillon Stambaugh; her great grandchildren, Bowen Sanders, Brooklyn Stambaugh and Deacon Sanders; and her brother Gordon "Skip" Heath, Jr..
