He is survived by: his wife Brenda J. Cowan (Ditchcreek); his children, Courtney Cowan, Angela Lopresti and Zach Cowan; his stepdaughter Heather Berdomas; his grandchildren, Leighton Plummer, Aiden Pierce, Silas Cowan, Llewyn Lopresti, Ryker Cowan and Vance Lopresti; his stepgrandchildren, Kasey Berdomas and Jeff Berdomas, Jr.; and his siblings, George "Bud" Playez (Henrietta), Norb Cowan (Marian), Cheryl Pohlit (David), Michele Freeman (Rob) and Noreen Passeau (Ted). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions a Celebration of Life Tribute will be held at a later date.
