It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paulette L. Riggs (York, Pennsylvania), born in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 10, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Eleanor Phillips (Headlee). She is survived by: her parent Paul K. Phillips of Burghill, OH; her husband John; and her siblings, Carol Davies of Azle, TX, Bonnie L. Jackson (Patrick) of Albuquerque, NM and Arthur Paul Phillips of Girard, OH. She is also survived by children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate contributions in Polly's memory be made to Living Word Community Church, 2530 Cape Horn Road, Red Lion, PA 17356 (please write "mission fund" in check memo).
