He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Reginald Bowie, Patricia Bowie and Margaret Saulisbury. He is survived by: his parents, Phillip T. Banks, Sr. and Matosha R. Bowie; his stepfather Clair Rice; his sisters, Tashina Banks, Tyena Banks, Tashaya Banks, Ebony Leonard, Shequetta Gatling and Jessica Scott; and his grandfather Norman Nolden. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the John W. Keffer Funeral Homes and Crematory, Inc., 902 Mt. Rose Ave., York, PA 17403 to help the family with funeral expenses.
