It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Gilbert (York, Pennsylvania), born in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 11, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Gilbert, Jr. (Dickie); and her parents, Samuel and Martha Banks, Sr. (Williams). She is survived by: her daughters, Lucinda Gilbert and Stefanie Gilbert; her grandchildren, Janea Gilbert and Anthony Gilbert; her great grandchild Amor Gilbert; her siblings, Joseph Banks, Agatha McCowin (Linwood) and Judith Robinson (Sonny); and her close friend Frances Thompson. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends.
