He is survived by: his wife Sandra E. Lentz (Orwick); his daughters, Kathlene M. Lentz of York, Jennifer L. (David Flagler, Jr.) of Horsham, PA and Stacy E. (Jeremy Hilton) of York; and his grandchildren, Bayley, Scarlett, Evalyn, David, III and Jasper.
The family requests that all attendees wear masks inside the Funeral Chapel.
