He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles F. Knoke and Mary M. Moul Knoke; and his siblings, Charles H. E. Knoke (Buck), Violet Smith, Henrietta Gantz and Gloriadean Plath.

He is survived by: his sisters, Diana Waltemyer, Janet Weber and Caroleen Miller.
