He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter E. Rosher and Kathryn Emeline Rosher (Decker). He is survived by: his spouse Barbara A. Rosher (Dickensheets) of York; his daughter Jennifer McGuire of Beech Grove, IN; his grandson Joshua McGuire of Beech Grove, IN; and his child Malik Balde (Fatimatou) of Guinea.
