He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sipe and Myrtle Scott (Schrum); and his wife Hazel F. Sipe (Boeckel). He is survived by: his sons, Richard E. Sipe, Jr. (Sharon) of York and Dana C. Sipe (Susan) of York; and his grandchildren, Rachael, Kristin, Michelle and Gregory.
