He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean L. Kinard and Phyllis M. Kinard (Hake). He is survived by: his siblings, Tracy L. Kinard (RoseAnn) and Cynthia M. Gilbert (Randy Sr.); his niece Candy Poland (James Sr.); and his nephew Randy Gilbert, Jr..
