He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Theresa Fisher (Beck); his parents, James Richard and Virginia Rose Fisher (Morthland); his sons, Christopher L. Fisher of Elizabethtown and Justin E. Fisher of Middletown; his grandchildren, Alyssa Hileman, Xavier Fisher, Kylie Lyter and Karsyn Fisher; his siblings, James R. Fisher, Jr. of Dover and Marlene L. Cleveland of Hanover; and his stepmother Pat Friedman.
