He was predeceased by: his wife Ethel Jeane Elicker (Morrison); and his parents, William E. Elicker and Mary E. Elicker (Meisenhelter). He is survived by: his children, Jan (Ronald Herman) of York and James (LuAnn Elicker) of Valencia, CA; his grandchildren, Allison Beaulieu, Anthony Herman and Andrew Elicker; and his great grandchildren, Oscar Beaulieu and Finn Herman.
