He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald "John" and Doris Weitkamp (Forry); and his sister Donna Fauth. He is survived by: his daughter Emily K. Weitkamp; and his siblings, Joseph Himes, Jr. (Stephanie) and Deb Higgins (Mike). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
