He is survived by: his spouse Mary Dee Harris (Birchess); his father Daniel Richards; his daughters, Lori A. Smith (Troy) of Lancaster and Kristen N. Olds (Willie) of Charlotte, NC; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Mackenzie, Hayley, Brayden and Savannah; and his brother-in-law Damian Birchess.
