He was predeceased by: his parent Gilbert Dewarren. He is survived by: his parent Nora Mae Stevens (Van Meter); his spouse Debra Ann Stevens (Seiple); his daughters, Christy Shelly (Michael) of Elizabethtown and Sherri Mellott (Rick) of Carlisle; his siblings, Charles Stevens (Linda) of West Virginia, Richard Stevens (Martha) of Mechanicsburg, Keith Stevens of Dillsburg and Vickie Stoltz (Tom Ruth) of Stevens; his half-siblings, Rose Quackenbush and Tom Stevens; his stepsiblings, Brenda Valo and Henry Wonders; and his grandsons, Justin Shelly, Chase Shelly and Blake Mellott. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
