He was predeceased by: his parent William Lilly. He is survived by: his spouse Joyce E. Lilly (Glatfelter); his parent Genevieve Lilly (George); his children, Casey Lilly (Kelly) of York and Melissa Ellis of Dover; and his siblings, Joyce Garabrandt (Bruce), Wayne Lilly (Harriet) and William Lilly.
