She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell E. Horn and Eleanor B. Horn (Baird); her sons, Scott and Anthony Kunkel; and her brothers, Russell, Ralph and Robert Horn.
She is survived by: her spouse R. Lee Kunkel; her children, Brad Kunkel (Lillie), Eric Kunkel (Ann), Dexter Kunkel (Monique), David Kunkel, Jennifer Kunkel (Kenneth LaBel) and Elizabeth Kunkel Holmes; her foster son Kosal Svy; and her daughter-in-law Leisha S. Kunkel. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
