She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Holtzinger and Dorothy Irene Holtzinger (Sipe); her husband Harry A. Frey; and her siblings, Gloria Wise, Delma Winand, Anna Sloat and Charles Holtzinger.
She is survived by: her children, Amy K. Bupp of York and Daniel E. Frey (Sharon) of Scooba, MS; and her siblings, Betty Townsley of Lancaster and Harold Holtzinger of York. She is also survived by grandson, four granddaughters, a great-granddaughter, and four great-grandsons.
