He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus S. Murray and Beatrice M. Powell; and his siblings, Norman, Clarence, Harry, Roy Murray, Hazel, Laura and Ethel Murray.
He is survived by: his children, Karen E. Brown, Lynn Sanders (Larry), Tamisha Naji Spells, Victoria Murray and Andrea L. Klinedinst. He is also survived by many grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19 guidelines and in compliance with health and public safety directives, those attending the gathering will be required to wear masks and social distance.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the family to help defray funeral costs.
