She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Portner and Nora M. Portner (Kyle); her great grandchild Rachel Krause; and her siblings, Paul E., Jacob L. Portner, Bertha Miller, Betty Eppley, Mary Sawmiller and Mabel Grim.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Ann Ropp (Palmer) and Karen Susan Norris (Carl). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.
