She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald E. Winand; her parents, William L. Throne and Rosella A. Throne (Ferree); her son Eric A. Sipe; and her siblings, Pearl Throne, William Throne and Thelma Faircloth.
She is survived by: her sons, Lowell S. Sipe, Jr. (Robin C.) and Paul J. Sipe (Karen M.); her daughter-in-law Teri S. Sipe; her grandchildren, Oliver, Samuel, Hannah, Rebekah, Daniel and Leah; and her siblings, Phillip Throne (Delores) and Barbara Crumbling.
