She was predeceased by: her parents, Russel E. 'Tom' and Dorothea H. Horn (Kleffman). She is survived by: her husband David R. Peregoy; her children, Christina Pyle and Matthew Peregoy (Tabatha); and her granddaughters, Ashley Caster, Isabelle Peregoy and Madison Peregoy.
