Sylvia E. Welsh Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia E. Welsh of York, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 5, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Sevoy A. Miller; her son Donald F. Welsh, Jr.; and her siblings, Marcella R. Gross (Ness) and Leroy A. Ness. She is survived by: her husband Donald F. Welsh, Sr.; her sons, David S. (Cara Welsh) of Chattanooga, TN and Dan S. Welsh of Oviedo, FL; her grandchildren, K. C., Hayden, Thomas and Jenny Welsh; and her brother Llewellyn "Bud" Ness of York. She is also survived by her husband, three children and many cats.
