She was predeceased by: her husband William H. "Bill" Kapp, Jr.; her parents, Leo Fink and Ellen Fink (Gross); and her great grandchild Dustin Rodgers. She is survived by: her daughter Elaine Leiphart (Don) of York; her grandchildren, Jeff Leiphart (Debbie) of York and Jennifer Rodgers (Tim) of York; her great grandchildren, Amy Kerstetter (Michael) of Lancaster, Ciara Talley (Tim) of Little Rock, AK and Victoria Medina (Abner) of York; and her great great grandchildren, Mia Medina of York and Olivia Kerstetter of Lancaster.
