He was predeceased by: his mother Carla Webster. He is survived by: his father Thomas M. Gustin Jr; his wife Rebecca of Spring Grove; his sister Megan Goffigon (Thomas Sr); his nephews, Thomas Jr. and Roman; his grandparents, Thomas M. Sr., Suzanne Gustin of Harrisburg, Susan Zink (Philip) and Jody Short; his uncle Timothy Gustin (Karen); and also Union.
