She was predeceased by: her parents, Alverta May Senft (Ruprecht) and Percy Allen Senft; her sister Evadell Senft; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Dennis and Charlotte Smith.
She is survived by: her husband James E. Hovis; her daughter Deb Fischer (Tom); her granddaughters, Kyla (Bear) and Melissa (Matthew); her great grandchild Easton James; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Mullen. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
