He is survived by: his children, Troy Breeland-Carr, Duane Beatty-Carr (Tanja), Nicole Carr, Kathy Hudson, Jill Cuffaro-Carr and Rosalynd Carr; his brothers, Cleo Carr, Arthur Carr and Ronald Carr; and his close friend Kathy Whetzel-Carr. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and friends.
