She is survived by: her children, Michael Koff (Karen), Dr. Richard Koff (Mindy), Terry Koff (Linda Mazie) and Leslie Racz (James); her sister Dora Ellis; her grandchildren, Brittany Koff, Chelsea Koff, Geoffrey Koff (Lane Tita), Jordan Koff, Hallie Koff and Sophie Racz; and her close friend Vernice Reid.
