He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard K. Smith, Sr. and Roberta Smith (Moore); and his daughter-in-law Heather Smith. He is survived by: his sons, Preston Smith (Jamie) and Justin Smith (Jodi). He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, a sister and brother, 2 nieces, a nephew and several great nieces/nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brooks Funeral Home - Mt. Pleasant (406 Washington St, Mt Pleasant, PA 15666).
