He was predeceased by: his mother Blanche Kasprzyk; his sons, Matthew Kwiatek and Mathew McConahy; and his father-in-law Chuck Kniess. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Jennifer Kwiatek and Lucas McConahy (Jenie); his grandchildren, Dylan, Caitlyn, Caden, Colton and Adeline; his mother-in-law Gretchen Hunt; his cousin Marine Corps; his brothers, Jeff Fields, Vince Rivera and Guy DeCorbiac; and his pet Scarlet. He is also survived by his nieces and nephew.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Boylan Funeral Home, Inc. (324 E Grandview Ave, Zelienople, PA 16063). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at the same location.
