He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Clark (Lester), Beth Gehr (John), Douglas Stauffer (Linda) and Jeffrey Stauffer (Christine Morgan); his siblings-in-law, Clifford Weaver, Sidney Stauffer and Carole Burt; and his siblings' children, Bonny, Jane Tshudy, Brittany Shafer, Tracy Stauffer, Michelle Johnston, Laticia Stauffer, Glenn Stauffer, Clinton Stauffer and Michael Groff.
Philip was a presence riding his bicycle around New Holland for many years until he was stricken with Parkinson's disease.
