(Scott Kozak) of Hurley, NY and Denise L. (Brian Fronheiser) of Topton; his grandchildren, Melissa (Ethan), Mandi, Michele (Michael), Megan, Timothy, Lauren, Erica, Heidi (Talyn) and Sara; and his great grandchildren, Hope, Brody and Maeve.
