He was predeceased by : his parents, Don Woodward and Helen Woodward (Henry); and his siblings, Beth Perates, Wendy Harrison and Randy Woodward.

He is survived by : his friend Bill Wilson; his wife Sandra Woodward (Paolo); his children, Jack Woodward (Jessica Pietersen) and Faith Baum (Andrew); his grandson Edward Baum of Warren, RI.; his son Michael Bourbina; his siblings, Mark Woodward (Kristen) of Seattle, WA. and Lynda Woodward of Los Angeles, CA.; and his siblings-in-law, John J. Harrison, Jr. of Roswell, GA. and Donna Kornmiller of Millsboro. He is also survived by one niece, two nephews, and many close family friends.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Redwood Chapel in Swan Point Cemetery (585 Blackstone Blvd, Providence, RI 02906).
