He was predeceased by : his parents, John Goulart and Margaret Goulart (Mondina); and his close friend Les Hubbard. He is survived by : his wife JoAnn Goulart (Hubbard); his daughter Jenna; and his siblings, Nancy Reskusich (John) and John Goulart. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
