He was predeceased by : his sister Karen Owens. He is survived by : his nephew Wesley; his niece Michelle; his adoptive children, Wesley and Michelle David; his children, Angela Medeiros and Renay Owens; his siblings, Randall, Rolando, Rolinda, Rena, Regina, Rayleen and Roberta; and his niece Reanna Owens. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
