He is survived by: his spouse Glenis Alvarez (Javier); his parent Cecilia Polanko; his daughters, Erika Alvarez of Attlebotpo, MA. and Katy Alvarez of Attlebotpo, MA.; and his siblings, Herman Alvarez of New York, Fellito Alvarez of New York, Conuelita Polanko of New York and Lilian Alavrez. He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
