It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Desjardin of Pawtucket, Rhode Island, who passed away on August 31, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Robert may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Robert touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Desjardin (Teixeira) and Theodore Desjardin; and his siblings, Virigina Moody and Theodore Desjardin. He is survived by: his wife Joanne; his sons, Eric Desjardin of Central Falls and Robert J. Desjardin, Jr. of Central Falls; his grandchildren, Seath Picchi, Noah Picchi and Taylor Picchi; and his siblings, Joseph Desjardin, Richard Desjardin, Dennis Desjardin and Elaine LaPlante.
