He was predeceased by: his parent Herbert Maggs; and his sibling Joseph Maggs. He is survived by: his spouse Loretta Maggs (LaBrecque); his parent Jennie Maggs (Whitmore); his children, Joyce Collings (Henry), Lorie Gilligan (Tom), Edward Maggs (Julie), Barbara Browning, Charles Maggs (Lori) and Lois Maggs; and his siblings, Mary Haines, Sarah Armstrong and Olive Noyes. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held on Monday, July 9, 2018 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home, followed by burial with full military honors in River Bend Cemetery In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Westerly Armory, PO.
