He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Shirley Rowe (Fitzgerald); his parents, Frank Rowe and Viola Rowe (Lury); his children, Laurie Gobin of Troy and Brian Rowe (Gayle) of Groton; his grandchildren, Ashley, Samantha Jones, Alyson Gobin and Jeremy (Eleonor, Joshua, Jacob); his great grandchild Ryleigh Walker; and his sisters, Rita Cogan and Margie Bassett. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
