Pratt, III (Jennifer Pratt) and Erin Marie Smith (Christopher Smith); his former life partner Eleanor Cassin; his grandchildren, Myron Frederick Pratt and Seamus Brody Smith; and his sisters, Jane Pratt McLaughlin and Barbara Kelly. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.

“To the Pratt Family, Our sincere condolences for the loss of Billy. He was a good friend of my brother, Ron Poppe and they both had a blast growing up in Green Hill together in the early days. At my parents's old house there is still a chink in the window in the living room. When I asked my parents what had happened, they said that Ronnie and Billy were shooting BB guns and I have always known that Billy was covering for Ronnie for that deed.
