He is survived by: his significant other Linda Palmquist (Malbaurn) of Coventry; his sister Doris Palmquist (Angell); his children, Melissa Pierce (Clayton), Tim Palmquist (Michele Moulton) and Joe Palmquist (Michelle); his grandchildren, Cassidie, Zachary Pierce, Nathan and Ryan Palmquist; and his siblings, Doris Raehl, Anita Braden, Paul and Peter Palmquist. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends, extended family.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Philip's name may be made to the Quidnesset Baptist Church Samaritan Fund, 6356 Post Rd., North Kingstown.
