He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond A. Tucker and Marie K Tucker (Brennan); and his siblings, Raymond Tucker, Judy and Lynne.

He is survived by: his children, Robert E. Tucker Jr., Nancy Terry and David Tucker; and his brother Richard Tucker. He is also survived by four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
