She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Marcelo Rodriguez; her parents, Juan Tejada and Carmen Tejada (Bernard); her children, Isa Tejada (Larry Guzman) and Aura A. Rodriguez; and her siblings, Alberto Tejada, Juan Tejada, Hermogenes Tejada, Luz Tejada, Indiana Tejada and Blanca Tejada. She was also cherished by 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
