"Betty" Birmingham (Duff); his children, Ronald J. Birmingham of Cranston and Charles W. Birmingham, III; his wife Donna of West Warwick; his grandchildren, John Jr., Lisa, Charles IV and Alicia; his great grandchild Nathan of Texas; his siblings, Lorraine Levesque of Johnston and Dale Birmingham; and also, Edith Birmingham (Caparrelli), Todd D. Birmingham (Michelle) of Coventry and Dawn E. Pizzo (Joe) of West Warwick.
