He was predeceased by: his parent Francesco Matrullo; and his child Mario Matrullo. He is survived by: his spouse Anna Matrullo (Maggiacomo); his parent Maria Matrullo (Santianni); his children, Enza Lonardo (David) of Cranston, Maria Kiesling (Eric) of Cranston and John Matrullo (Tasha) of Cranston; his sibling Claudio Matrullo of Italy; and also, Michael, Alessandra, Vincenzo and Giuliana.
