It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gaetano Fazio (Cranston, Rhode Island), born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on November 7, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his spouse Maria C. Fazio (Varone); his parent Antonio Fazio; and his sibling Philip. He is survived by: his parent Madelina Fazio (Casada); his son Thomas A. Fazio (Jane); his grandfather David; his great grandchild Emily Brown; his great great grandchild Aiden Brown; and his siblings, Rose Fazio of Reno, Joseph, Aurelio, Salvatore, John, Vincent and Marie.
