He is survived by: his wife Michelle David (Cotoia); his daughter Jessica; his siblings, Michael David (Linda) of West Warwick and Melanie Hill (David); his niece Tifany Dunn (David); his husband Michael of Coventry; his sister-in-law Angela Haggerty; his children, Dennis of Kingston, Andrew of Kingston and Helen Wang of China; and also Mikaila of Coventry.
